Experience a flavourful journey at the Rangilo Rajasthan Festival, Tuskers, Sofitel
Rajasthan is loved for its food, culture, and beauty. Allow yourself to go on a flavourful ride of Rajasthani delicacies at Rangilo Rajasthan. Tusker’s Rangilo Rajasthan will also warm you with its food and culture.
The festival menu is widespread and curated by the Chef Vinod and Chef Sanjay from Fairmount, Jaipur.
My favorites were:
Paneer Chakri: The strips of cottage cheese rolled with the filling of spices in it. The paneer is melt in the mouth and the spices are spot on, paired with green mint chutney is a wonderful starter.
Ajmeri Kebab: Flavourful! Minced vegetables combined with garlic, chillies and other spices, kept in a tandoor till it turns perfect brown.
Gulab Jamun ki Sabzi: Unsugared gulab jamun served with spicy gravy of cashew, tomato, onion and garlic. A must try.
Mango Aloo: Potatoes cooked in a curry of curd and raw mango puree. It tastes delicious and an absolute try.
Ghevar: The ghevar is crispy, perfectly netted and is topped with cream.
Apart from the above, you can also get your hands on Wadi, Kachori Kadhi, Panch Dal, Mohanthal, and Thandai.
Delicious food coupled with polite hospitality, amazing music, dance performance and pleasant ambiance makes Tuskers a promising place for a great evening.
